Job Description

Job Role:
Managing & maximizing our sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management, meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.

Accountabilities:
Develop & Implement sales strategies to meet & achieve revenues and growth targets.
Implement and utilize analytics to track sales trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Implement (B2B) channels strategy by developing long term relationships based on win - win approach to ensure business objectives are met and to position Git-Zone as a strategic business partner.
Leading, Coaching the sales teams & trained them to achieve their targets as per company annual targets.
Perform orientations and presentations to team members regarding the assigned projects.
Remain knowledgeable about our markets and best practices.
Receive leads from marketing campaigns to contact them as well as clients’ data to offer the available services.
Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate solutions.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Define and execute customer engagement models that deliver best commercial results and a high level of customer loyalty, relationships and satisfaction.
Screens & follow up on potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options, resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
Approaching own network by contacting targeted clients and following up with them.
Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary meetings to discuss sales targets reports with Team Leaders & suggest improvements.
Plan, monitor and appraise the performance of the sales team, by implementing the company performance management system to ensure all team members are effective & meet their targets.
Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
Performing any other jobs assigned by direct manager.

Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are the knowledge, skills and abilities required to hold and perform this position:
University degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
10-15 years of experience, at least 5 years in Managing Sales Team preferably in B2B Sales.
Strong Leadership & Management Skills.
Strong communication & Negotiation skills.
Very good verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Must possess the highest levels of maturity, ethics and professional integrity.
Excellent computer skills: MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent written & spoken English and Arabic.
